Service Coordinator Window And Doors Apply
- Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
- Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with all office and field person to assign/dispatch service projects
- Coordinates operations interaction with warehousing and parts Department as necessary
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Generates work orders and reviews project paperwork
- Experience in construction, windows and/or doors is necessary.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
