Location: Anywhere in Country FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager As an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager, you will be based in our Service Delivery Center and work as part of a project team to design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for clients. The role is fast‑paced, requiring flexibility, self‑stimulation, and the ability to manage changing priorities and rapidly evolving technology. Your Key Responsibilities Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications. Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise. Skills and Attributes for Success Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of DevOps and supporting services and tools. Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle following a proven agile methodology. Hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Effective collaboration with client engagement teams fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment. Understanding of current technology environment and industry trends with the ability to provide recommendations. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development. Back‑end experience using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design. Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud‑native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment. Experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines). Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques. Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology. Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems. Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems. Ideal Experience Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
