The CSDM team works with the delivery team during implementation and after go-live and will route questions to the proper groups in Oracle.Responsibilities include:Conducting regular governance meetings to review open issues and escalate support requests, answer questions, provide metrics on support and change requests, and escalate solutions to problemsAssisting with coordinating upgrade and migration plans, when necessaryProviding information on planned maintenance activitiesUpdating on future product planning and enhancementsGuiding users on navigating the Oracle Support Cloud portalRouting feedback to the appropriate team to affect changes to HSGBU products and processesProviding assistance with user setup and managementThis job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise includes:Strong service governance and client management skillsExperience with cloud operations, upgrades, and migrationsFamiliarity with support portals (e.g., Oracle Support Cloud)Effective communication and escalation managementAbility to drive process and product improvementsUser administration and basic cloud security knowledgeIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
