Knowledge of how server and workstations communicate. Familiar with Help Desk support. Proficient in MS Office. Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Technology or a related field. Experience supporting desktops in an Azure virtual environment Don't meet all the requirements?
