We’re searching for a Chicago, IL based Sr. Associate Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Systems team, so that we can deliver first‑line technical support, resolve system incidents, and ensure seamless user experiences across our platforms. How You’ll Spend Your Time Provide first‑line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues Troubleshoot moderate‑scope incidents and escalated complex issues with clear documentation Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and system access Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery Develop and maintain knowledge base content while supporting user training and adoption Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system performance What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Experience providing first‑line technical support (hardware/software/systems) Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows Hands‑on experience with system administration and maintenance Strong communication skills (technical → non‑technical translation) Proven collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
