Compensation $22.00-$27.00/hr DOE Responsibilities Documents workflows and create "how to" guides Contribute to IT knowledge base and onboarding materials Assist with IT asset managment Learn about different IT roles through cross training Attend intern day in Las Vegas, NV Education Currently pursuing a bachelor's degee in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Requirements/Qualifications Basic IT knowledge and interest in service desk operations Familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
