This role will involve supporting and maintaining end-user devices and network infrastructure at a client site. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers/scanners, network hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls), incident management through ITSM platforms, and strong customer-service skills. Job Title: Service Desk / IT Support Specialist Job Description: Provide end-user devices support - desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners. Maintain and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls. Handle incidents via an ITSM platform and drive issues to resolution. Perform support tasks on a 24 7 shift basis (rotational shifts). Walk around the airport terminal site to inspect devices and report issues - mobility required. Carry, install, and configure hardware (laptops, desktops, cables) as needed. Create and maintain documentation manuals related to device setup, troubleshooting, and support procedures. Why Join Us?
