Our Service Desk Representatives at our Downtown Ridge location provide an outstanding experience to our customers and work to provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for all. This is a fun, active environment one block off of Main Street. If this fits what you are looking for, fill out the application and perhaps you can join our great team!

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events
Experience:
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a barista, or another service industry
Specific Responsibilities:


  • Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
  • Be able to use basic computer skills
  • Multi-tasking is a priority
  • Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Keep equipment and gym space maintained and cleaned
  • Basic knowledge of membership sign-up and membership changes and alterations
General Responsibilities:


  • Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our members best interests
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working with members and staff
  • Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity
  • Alert supervisor of any current or potential problems
  • Possess good communication and written skills
  • Be able to comprehend instructions and information
  • Have the people skills necessary to work effectively with the members and fellow employees
