Overview Rose Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide fast and effective technical assistance to clients and coworkers. The role covers handling basic and technical issues, managing trouble tickets, and communicating progress to users. Responsibilities Provide support for computer software and hardware issues on Mac and Windows operating systems. Manage trouble tickets: receive, document, and update issues reported by users via email, telephone, or in person. Keep users informed about ticket progress and resolution status. Perform regular maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other equipment. Develop and implement solutions for computer-related issues, independently or as part of a team. Test new hardware and software and oversee the installation of computers and mobile devices. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Service Desk Technician $40,000 to $45,000 annually, plus benefits.
