Job Description

the Dealership Group is looking for a Service Director to manage all Parts and Service functions for its dealerships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise a staff of up to 50
Manage all aspects of the service operation
Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction
Prioritized and scheduled day-to-day service repairs
Assist with technical issues as needed
Ensure all contractual requirements are met
Manage parts inventory
Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Monitor and control warranty expenses
Maintain a safe and productive working environment
Market and parts and service business

Qualifications

Proven leadership, management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history of leadership
Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
Experience as automotive service manager is a must
Understanding of quality customer service
Bias for taking action to solve problems
Great positive attitude
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a drug test
Valid Driver's License
Excellent driving record
