This includes understanding customer equipment and preferences, technician abilities and the geographic and timing constraints to be as efficient and impactful with precious service technician time.What are we looking for:HS Diploma (required)/Associate Degree (preferred).2 years' experience in Parts and/or field repair/maintenance service required.Mechanical aptitude a plus.Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software, field service management software, CRM software.Working with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
