Eastern Lift Truck Co. Service Dispatcher We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to support our operations in Upper Marlboro MD location. We're looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties: Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion Receive service requests from customers and coworkers Enter information into the computer Assist with paperwork and prepare reports May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors Requirements: Dispatch experience desired Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must be a team player Pleasant phone demeanor Stable work history Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Compensation: This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
