Position Overview: We're looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be the central point of communication between customers and technicians. This position schedules service calls, coordinates daily routes, and ensures jobs run smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting our technicians and keeping operations on track.
