We are a staple in Jackson County, and we need a leader who sees the big picture—from the moment the tow truck is dispatched to the moment the repair is finished. We are willing to pay for talent. What You Will Do (Revenue & Operations) Master the Quote: specific responsibility for quoting complex jobs—whether it s a Heavy-Duty Recovery on the interstate or a major diesel repair. You ensure we are billing correctly for our expertise and equipment. Drive Towing Revenue: actively manage the towing schedule and pricing strategies to maximize truck profitability and efficiency. Shop Management: Oversee the service desk and technicians, ensuring high billable hours and quality control. Capture the "Tow-to-Shop": Ensure seamless transition of towed vehicles into our service bays to capture maximum repair revenue. Customer Logistics: Be the calm voice for customers in stressful situations, handling dispatch coordination and communication. Who We Are Looking For Dual Threat Experience: Experience in Automotive Service Management is required. Experience in Towing Dispatch or Recovery Estimating is highly preferred. Business Mindset: You understand that a parked truck costs money. You know how to price jobs to be competitive but profitable. Leadership: Ability to manage drivers and technicians effectively.
