Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Manager role located in Essington, PA. The Service Manager must have strong customer‑relationship skills and technical knowledge. Should be familiar with water‑source heat systems, pool dehumidification systems, rooftop units, boilers, and control systems. The role also involves overseeing daily HVAC service operations, ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and promptness. Responsibilities include managing a team of service technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and supporting complex HVAC systems, and ensuring quality standards. The Service Manager will also be responsible for client communication, maintaining service records, and driving operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation is based on experience. Qualifications Proven experience in HVACR service management or a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of water‑source heat systems, pool dehumidification, rooftop units, boilers, and control systems. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills and managing service schedules. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians. Expertise in HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and pool dehumidification systems. Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions. Proven experience in customer service, problem‑solving, and client relationship management. Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant technology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites, as needed. Prior experience in a service manager role or a related field is highly preferred. Relevant certifications in HVACR or related fields are preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
