Responsibilities Financial and Performance Management: Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflow, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders. Customer Interaction and Experience: Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals. Documentation and Communication: Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. Qualifications 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc). Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours. Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
