Overview Join the Titan Machinery team as a Service Manager where you will manage the store's service operations and ensure top‑notch customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities Financial and Performance Management: Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflow, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders. Customer Interaction and Experience: Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals. Documentation and Communication: Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
