Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our service department's daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, helping train new talent with our internal training lab, and improving service quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a capacity to optimize workflow and establish efficient processes while supporting current field staff/training in office students during lab hours. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the service department team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and implement service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Monitor and assess service department metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle client inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate training sessions for staff to maintain and improve service skills and product knowledge. Manage departmental budgets, including cost control measures, to meet financial objectives. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and support overall business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in HVAC, Septic, Plumbing, or Electrical. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements. Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
