Role Description This is a full-time Service Manager role based on-site in Middletown, DE. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction, managing and mentoring team members, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Additional duties include scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and driving team performance to achieve operational goals. The Service Manager will collaborate closely with team members and provide leadership to uphold honeygrow's core values and standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire, motivate, and guide team members within a collaborative environment. Prior experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and operational best practices in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and effectively. Experience in restaurant or food service management is highly preferred. Ability to work on-site in Middletown, DE, and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
