  • Experience in HVAC-R systems maintenance and service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Customer service orientation with strong relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
  • Technical proficiency in commercial HVAC-R systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • EPA certification required
