Job Title: Service Specialist Location: West Henrietta NY 14586 Duration: 4 months Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:00 pm EST Job Summary This role is heavily focused on high-volume outbound calling to connect with clients who have enrolled with Bill Pay powered by Bill but have not yet registered. Our goal will be to guide them on how to get started and help facilitate any questions they may have on the product. Introduction This division represents one of the most exciting and rapidly growing areas within the company. It operates with the agility and innovation of a start-up, while benefiting from the resources and stability of a larger corporation. That unique combination allows us to move fast, think big, and deliver impactful solutions at scale. Responsibilities Delivers quality service to Client clients who are utilizing Bill Pay powered by through our integrated partnership. They interact via phone, email, chat, and other avenues, primarily outbound calling. Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements. Develops and maintains an intermediate working knowledge of one or more Clients products, as well as industry policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with leaders to implement. Demonstrates intermediate skill level with systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. Documents all interactions. Serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates. Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization. Qualifications 2 years or more customer service experience Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Confident, clear, and professional phone presence Experience in customer outreach Resilient and motivated by goals and metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
