In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing the successful administrative functions of the Service Support team.

Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to save energy on our customers’ sites. Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without issue is vital to the success the organization. This role is for a key player among the impactful team which is tasked with ensuring that these technologies continue to operate at the utmost efficiency while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. They will do this by ensuring our 3rd party contractors invoices are approved, directing service quotes to appropriate Technical Support Associate and completing out the team’s work orders while approving them. The successful candidate will have a background in administrative functions within the HVAC field.
Responsibilities:
- Owns vendor invoice approval and billable entity selection and all administrative tasks associated.
- Manages all Service Support customer billing disputes
- Owns work order closure along with ensuring information is accurate and detailed within the company Work Order Management system.
- Reviews incoming quotes that come into our Service Quotes distribution and notifies the proper Technical Support Associate, so they can act on them timely
- Act as Liaison between the company and our service providers to ensure we are in good standing with them on billing and payment
- Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
- Work alongside our contractor relations department to ensure that as preferred vendors are added into our network are assigned to the sites they service
- Ensure utmost customer and contractor satisfaction (internal and external to Budderfly) throughout the Technical Services scope of work.
