Service Support Engineer **Please note SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role **Copello are working with a defence client who are looking for a Service Support Engineer to deliver Sales Support service to customers and end users of there products and systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customer baseBuild and maintain close relationships with key customers.Support the survey, integration, installation and commissioning of new communications equipment within military vehiclesProvide product demonstration and End-User training coursesContract execution/managementProvide bid support to the Land Business Unit Maintain operational knowledge of product baseSupport other Service personnelQualifications and Experience Previous experience of working in a service support and customer facing rolePrior military experience preferredGood understanding of military communicationsKnowledge of military vehicle electrical systemsKnowledge of basic RF and data communication systems Understanding of Engineering DocumentationExperience of ERP systems operationCompetence in Microsoft Office toolsIf you feel you have the skills and experience please apply now or send your CV to emmaw@copello.co.uk
