About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join a growing energy services company. This role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining LP propane appliances and tanks for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and service LP propane appliances, tanks, and equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair propane systems, including identifying and repairing leaks.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of propane equipment.

• Respond to customer requests, including emergency service calls for insufficient or no heat.

• Ensure compliance with all municipal and safety guidelines.

• Maintain service vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

• Lift and carry equipment up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and reaching.

• Travel within the assigned service area and adapt to seasonal and weather conditions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service technician installing, maintaining, or repairing equipment or systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HazMat endorsement and a clean driving record.

• Current DOT Medical Card.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CETP Certification.

• Experience with MS Office and Outlook.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
