Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fireplace Service/Installation Technician to join our team at HomeFlame. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of both indoor fireplaces and outdoor living products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a strong technical background, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and service of indoor fireplaces, including gas, electric, and wood-burning units.
• Install and maintain outdoor living products such as fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and heating solutions.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and services.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in fireplace installation and service is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of gas and electric systems, as well as local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
