We are seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service and replace sump pump and backup sump pump equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service and replace sump pumps
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Manage vehicle and inventory
Qualifications:

  • High School diploma (minimum) required
  • Valid drivers license with good driving record
  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with tools 
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Effectively communicate and present information to customers
