We are seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service and replace sump pump and backup sump pump equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service and replace sump pumps
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage vehicle and inventory
Qualifications:
- High School diploma (minimum) required
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields (Preferred but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with tools
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Effectively communicate and present information to customers
