• Deliver exceptional service: Execute our service offerings which include: window cleaning, pressure & soft washing, gutter cleaning, with precision and attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Customer Focus: Communicate clearly with clients on-site, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Take pride in your tools by maintaining the upkeep of tools, supplies, and company service vehicles.
• Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and develop relationships to expand our happy client base. Receive commission pay for your efforts.
