Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician in Hinesvile, GA. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, service repairs, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. This role will be repairing robotic equipment and will involve micro soldering.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Service skills including elitrical diagrams and micro soldering
• Customer Service and Maintenance skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Technical certification or diploma in relevant field
