Service Technician Apply
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and correct issues with water and wastewater equipment and systems.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments to complete tasks.
- Use a crane truck to transport and lift pumps and equipment for removal and installation.
- Train for and perform confined space entry work.
- Repair pumps, motors, and other equipment in the workshop.
- Thoroughly test new and repaired equipment and systems serviced.
- Thoroughly document all aspects of work orders including APRS forms, test sheets, and pictures.
- Work with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and other Service Technicians to complete work orders in an organized and efficient manner.
- Complete process for receiving materials, goods, and services timely and accurately.
- Serve as on-call technician on a scheduled basis to handle after-hours service calls.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer service at all times.
- Occasional out-of-state travel and overnight stays are required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
