As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in building custom logistic and production processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and service electronic and mechanical robotic systems both onsite and offsite.
• Assemble and electrically commission driverless transport systems and picking systems.
• Provide temporary shift support after commissioning at customer sites.
• Analyze and correct errors and malfunctions in automated systems.
• Communicate repair needs effectively to project managers and after-sales teams.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on robotic systems.
• Train end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.

Requirements:

• Experience with electronics, automated systems, and AGVs is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Windows and Windows applications (Office 365).
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software environments.
• Valid US driver’s license for travel outside the home state.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Certification in robotics or a related field is an advantage.
