We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Developer, with expertise in configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Service Request, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience as an Administrator or Implementation Developer working within a ServiceNow Domain-Separated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Practical experience with the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
