ServiceNow Architect Near shoreWFH MXLong term ProjectOverviewA global life sciences and diagnostics organization is building a hands-on ServiceNow delivery team to support a multi-year rollout of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB capabilities across multiple operating companies (OpCos).The ServiceNow Architect will define the overall platform architecture, technical standards, and implementation strategy to support scalable ServiceNow deployments across multiple OpCos. This role will work closely with functional leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent architecture and high-quality delivery.The implementation includes a strong focus on GxP validation requirements and integration with enterprise quality and validation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable and secure solutions across core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and Enterprise architecture standards.Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and documentation.Create and maintain architectural artefacts, diagrams, and technical specifications.Collaborate with Enterprise platform team for architecture decisions and designLead technical design, reviews and data quality governanceEnsure adherence to Enterprise platform governance.Define and maintain standards for workflows, automation, scripting, ACLs, and catalog design.Provide technical leadership to developers and project teams.Collaborate closely with process owners, architects, and other IT teams to ensure solution alignment.Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.Support release planning, effort estimation, and sprint activities.Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and impacts clearly to senior stakeholders.Soft SkillsStrong leadership and architectural communication skillsAbility to guide both technical and functional teamsComfortable collaborating with enterprise stakeholders and OpCo teamsAbility to balance hands-on technical involvement with strategic architecture oversightFluent English requiredWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
