We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Servicenow Business Analyst, to work in Dallas, TX/ Seattle, WA/ Kansas, KS.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in the overall ServiceNow Core Platform.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
- Design systems and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management.
- Deal with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Introduce and educate customers on ITSM and ITIL best practices.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in user Agile story definition.
- Write acceptance criteria and facilitate effective refinement sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the ServiceNow Core Platform.
- Proficiency in organizational studies and evaluations.
- Experience in system design and work simplification.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile story definition and acceptance criteria writing.
