About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform - including IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

The ideal candidate will partner with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, outcome-driven ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and enable digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery and design workshops across ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and HRSD.
  • Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
  • Define, document, and optimize business processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support testing, UAT, and organizational change management activities.
  • Provide guidance on governance, platform maturity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow as a Business Process Consultant or Functional Lead.
  • Strong understanding of multiple modules: ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and HRSD.
  • Experience in public sector or large enterprise implementations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, HRSD, or SPM) strongly preferred.
