We are still early in our adoption of ServiceNow and are looking for a developer to deliver on the full capability of the system.

We are based in Austin, TX, and are open to this role being fully remote. Candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX are preferred.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience.

Here's the job:

  • Work alongside fellow developers configuring ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB
  • Develop scalable solutions using the Agile framework and ServiceNow update sets.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop, perform UAT and closeout with technical documentation
  • Support daily operations on the ServiceNow platform by taking ownership of incidents routed to the ServiceNow team
  • Mature and develop ServiceNow to ServiceNow integrations and third-party platform integrations such as TeamDynamix

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a ServiceNow developer
  • Current Certified ServiceNow Developer certification
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework 
  • Strong Understanding of CSDM
  • Familiarity with custom integrations using Rest, SOAP etc.
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology 
  • Experience implementing Service Catalog, CMS, MID Server, Integrations with LDAP and other applications external to ServiceNow 
  • Flow designer, Postman, Service graph connector experience
  • Service portal development and design experience
  • Virtual Agent and Live Agent Omnichannel Architecture using NLU
  • 1+ year experience with performance analytics
  • Afterhours support required for major ServiceNow platform impairments and platform upgrades

  • Virtual Agent and Live Agent micro cert
  • Service portal design using HTML / CSS / Jelly / Angular
  • Vonage, Salesforce, Azure, SolarWinds, TeamDynamix experience
  • Splunk Experience
