Servicenow Developer Apply
Candidates with Strong in ServiceNow Service mapping implementation experience and CMDB Micro certification are preferred.
Experience in Top-Down surgical Service mapping experience using AI/ML models.
Stakeholders, utilizing Horizontal and Top-down approaches, and building CMDB using Common Service Data Model.
Implemented Service Mapping (required) for ServiceNow business service dependency and relationship mapping.
Has experience working with stakeholders to review the consumable views of automatically generated infrastructure relationships, application/service dependencies, network topologies and system communications.
Worked on Horizontal and Top-down approach. Built the CMDB using the guidance by Common Service Data Model.
