- Position of ServiceNow Developer/Lead.
- Located in NYC with a hybrid work model, 3 days a week in-office.

- Part of a dynamic IT team focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) through ServiceNow.
- Responsible for developing and enhancing ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
- Required to support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.
- Tasked with implementing new ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.
- Applicants must have experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in ITSM.
- Should be familiar with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and GenAI features.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- Preference given to candidates with ServiceNow certification and Agile experience.
