- Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

- Key Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, CMDB technical standards, CMDB Governance process, Discovery errors troubleshooting, Discovery patterns modification, Integration of ServiceNow CMDB with SCCM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundations certification, programming languages such as Javascript, Python, Github, Angular JS, Powershell.
- Duties and Responsibilities: Performing development tasks ranging from small enhancements, break-fix and platform administration, identifying business requirements, performing testing, coordinating integration activities, creating and maintaining system documentation, executing or overseeing ServiceNow administration tasks, participating in ServiceNow upgrades and monthly patching, ensuring adherence to security standards.
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, knowledge of Procurement, Asset Management, Discovery, and associated ServiceNow modules, knowledge of ITOM and ITSM, ServiceNow Fundamentals training or equivalent experience, scripting in ServiceNow, expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, knowledge of ITIL concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong team player, self-learner.
