Job Description:

We are looking to fill a Long-term Contract role as a ServiceNow Developer in Seattle, WA

Title: ServiceNow Developer

Mode of Interview: In person

Work Arrangement: Onsite

This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the team. Potential projects include:

• Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions
• Solutions development in the ServiceNow platform
• Service Catalog item development
• Participation in requirements and/or design review sessions
• Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
• Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
• Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox)
• Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
• Ability to work in an Agile project management environment
• Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills
• Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handling

Applicants must have minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with the following:

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience
• ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs
• Experience building custom workflows
• Experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX
• Role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging

Preferred Qualifications/skills/Certifications:

• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
• Service Portal development (Ex: Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)
• UX/UI Design
