Strong hands-on experience with FSM configuration, Dispatch Dispatch, Agent Mobile App, Work Order Management, Field Operations and Field Technician workflows. Deep understanding of territory planning, agent assignment rules, optimization, and asset management in FSM. Knowledge of ServiceNow Custom App development (App Engine), if extensions are needed. Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare). Excellent communication and documentation skills.
