Mandatory Skill: ITAM (IT Asset Management )

Duties:

• Hands on development within the ServiceNow platform including developing Flows, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Integrations
• Responsible for all things ITAM including workflow configuration, forms, and integrations.
• Serve as Technical Consultant for all ITAM configurations.
• Work with customers to gather, refine, and scope out ITAM requirements.
• Working within an Agile and Scrum environment and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including, scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• Strong knowledge on capabilities, configurations, and best practices related to IT Asset Management within ServiceNow
• Experience with Service Now Product Catalogs, Order guides and Product Configurator
• Strong JavaScript Skills as it relates to Service Now
• Ability to research and independently learn new technical information to perform configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems, and network devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) a plus
