Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Security Developer with deep expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of security workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-level SOC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SIR & VR modules.
  • Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow VR with external vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, and Prisma Cloud.
  • Configure MID Servers, data sources, and APIs for automated vulnerability data ingestion.
  • Build automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
  • Collaborate with SOC teams to align with incident response frameworks such as NIST and SANS.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools for end-to-end security operations.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in SIR and VR implementation.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Solid understanding of SOC operations and incident response frameworks.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Proven experience integrating security tools and vulnerability scanners.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-SIR, CIS-VR).
  • Experience working in enterprise security environments.
  • Exposure to cloud security and modern DevSecOps practices.
