The Work Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity. You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos. You are comfortability asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed. Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems. As a member of the ServiceNow Business Group you will have access to our robust training and certification opportunities. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's What You Need: Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity. Minimum of 8 years' experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment. Minimum of 4 years' leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor. Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews. Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile. At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience Bonus Points If: You have database experience Cloud migration experience ITIL Certified Experience integration ServiceNow with AWS or Azure Experience building prototypes Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude Proven team player and team builder Strong organizational and analytical skills Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management Professional Skill Requirements Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment.
