Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Position Summary

This role is for a senior level ServiceNow Technical Architect responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing the overall technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. The position emphasizes deep platform expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to design solutions that are scalable, secure, and resilient.

At a high level, the architect is accountable for:

1. Platform Architecture & Performance

• Designing high quality, scalable platform components.
• Ensuring optimal performance through efficient data, transaction, and workflow design.
• Guiding technical decisions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long term maintainability.

2. Integration Strategy

• Leading integration architecture across systems with a focus on reliability, error handling, and data consistency.
• Building solutions that support high volume, enterprise grade data exchange.

3. Security & Compliance

• Defining robust security models beyond basic ACLs.
• Ensuring compliance with enterprise security frameworks and proactively identifying vulnerabilities.

4. Technical Governance & Leadership

• Acting as the technical authority on the platform.
• Establishing standards, reviewing designs, and mentoring senior developers.
• Driving decisions based on measurable performance and architectural best practices.

5. Qualifications (High-Level)

• 10+ years' experience with deep platform technical expertise.
• Strong background in integrations, platform internals, and security architecture.
