ITSM Senior developer
- Service Catalogs development with Standard and Multi row variable sets
- Flow Designer (Flows, sub flows and decision tables) Moderate to Complex workflows
- Development experience in Multi-page record producers/catalog forms
- Employee Center Advanced to Expert level experience in portal development
- Moderate to Advanced level Scripting knowledge for all other development activities.
ITOM/CMDB Admin (Basic ITSM Development is a pre-requisite)
- Hands on implementation experience of discovery, analysis of discovery logs for errors.
- Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup activities.
- Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
- Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve errors.
- Practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, etc.).
- Good understanding of infrastructure components (servers, databases, storage, network devices, cloud instances etc.).
ITAM Admin/development (Basic ITSM Development is a pre-requisite)
- Hardware Asset Management:
- Asset Import, Model management, and development experience for enhancements on existing modules.
- Software Asset Management:
- Perform software normalization and reconciliation between discovered installations and purchased licenses.
- Monitor license compliance, software usage, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor contracts, entitlements, discovery data, and normalisation jobs for any data discrepancies.
Integrations specialist (Basic ITSM Development is a pre-requisite)
- REST API integrations
- Application integrations
- Troubleshooting issues while establishing connectivity between applications.
