About the Team Meet Roland - Roland H. Williams Based in the Washington DC metropolitan area, Mr. Williams specializes in consultative sales of enterprise applications, services and solutions, directly to C-level outcome makers. With a multi-faceted performance record, spanning Federal, DoD, Intelligence, Civilian, Federal System Integrator (FSI) and State, Local and Education (SLED) I now guide the Services Sales Organization for the Public Sector, Federal and SLED. How We Work Preferred location - remotely in Central or Mountain time zones. Your Role Collaborate with a sales team to position and sell service offerings Prioritize sale of strategic and transaction-based services Support response to RFPs and development of SOWs Provide training and enablement to field sales team Establish personal brand as a valuable partner to enhance customer outcomes Identify and utilize customer-owned pre-paid services Drive technology transformations and promote adoption of digital solutions Provide proactive advice on Nutanix platform and optimize digital operations Complete Nutanix training and certification programs What You Will Bring Strong knowledge of Hyperconverged Infrastructure Cloud technologies expertise Automation skills Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience Background in datacenter and infrastructure services markets Experience in the Public Sector (SLED) and the Federal Government Ability to create SOW, RFP, and manage PCRs Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 117,040 and USD $ 175,560 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
