Title: Set-up Tech II
Shift Timing: 1st shift 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Location: Mebane, NC
Interview Process: 1 round, will have to interview on-site if selected.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in Plastic injection/molds is mandatory.
• High-level machine operator role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accurate and efficient mold set-ups and start-ups to maintain a high level of machine output and utilization.
• This position also participates in packing, shrink wrapping, and assembly activities.
• Understands or has the ability to understand the documented run parameters for new or existing department molds/materials.
• Possesses technical skills and experience, and/or the aptitude to learn and apply the skills necessary for efficient processing and troubleshooting.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
