Collaborate cross-functionally to define controls requirements and integrate equipment into plant-wide systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation including electrical schematics, network architecture, and code standards.
Support design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Troubleshoot controls issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure uptime and performance.

Manage system configuration, software backups, and version control.
Optimize control logic and recommend performance improvements and hardware upgrades.
Ensure all systems comply with NFPA, UL, ISO, and OSHA standards.
Partner with maintenance teams to develop preventative maintenance and support controls troubleshooting.
Maintain strong proficiency in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and FactoryTalk platforms.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to the VP of Engineering.
