Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Respond promptly and consistently to assigned leads, nurturing interest and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Cold Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients using various methods to generate new leads within Texas.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services to potential clients, emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Quotation Management: Oversee project quotations by coordinating with engineering and production teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide progress reports on sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or metal manufacturing sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, positive attitude, trainable, and results-oriented.
- Other Requirements: Professional demeanor, valid driver's license, and knowledge of the Texas construction market.
