POSITION: SharePoint Administrator
LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)
STATUS: Full time Contingent Hire
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5+years of related experience with Marine Corp SharePoint environments, supporting configuration management, document control, collaboration, and records retention
- Must Haves: Extensive experience with site structures, access controls, workflows, and versioning to ensure compliance with DoD information management requirements
- Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
- Skills: Understanding of Marine Corp SharePoint environments, Relevant DoD acquisition or sustainment experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team, Ability on work on site
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Client Familiarity: USMC
- Tools Familiarity: DoD/Marine Corp SharePoint environments
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Support Marine Corp SharePoint environments supporting configuration management, document control, collaboration, and records retention
- Coordinate site structures, access controls, workflows, and versioning to ensure compliance with DoD information management requirements
- Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
- Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
- Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
