Job Title: SharePoint Architect (US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-level SharePoint architecture and solutions, including on-premises, hybrid, or SharePoint Online (Office 365).
  • Lead end-to-end SharePoint solution design, covering workflows, data migration, integrations, and business process automation.
  • Oversee SharePoint platform development, including site collections, custom web parts, forms, libraries, lists, workflows, and branding.
  • Manage the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop strategies for SharePoint migrations from legacy systems to newer versions or to SharePoint Online.
  • Ensure successful execution of migration plans, maintaining data integrity, and minimal downtime.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure user adoption.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and development teams to maintain a robust, secure SharePoint environment.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies for SharePoint, including permissions, security, and document management standards.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensure compliance, and perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the SharePoint SME (Subject Matter Expert), advising on best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to users and IT staff.
  • Create technical documentation for architecture, system configuration, and user manuals.
  • Generate reports on system usage, project progress, and solution performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience with SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Online and on-premises.
  • Experience in an architectural or leadership role implementing SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) integration.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint migrations, including tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, Nintex, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTML5, JavaScript, and .NET development for SharePoint customizations.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance within SharePoint solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
  • Experience with third-party tools like AvePoint, Metalogix, or K2.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS or content governance systems.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
